I chose the theme of overwhelm this month, because I felt like I was at breaking point. I didn't actually consider for a moment that I might have ADHD until I was about forty. I was on a Facebook group for women with Autism, explaining how I had had yet another argument with a boss and stormed out of a perfectly good job for no good reason.
